THE COOP

Tangled in a world of beauty and decay, Santiago documents a world devouring itself, where chickens and ravers move in sync.

The Coop is a meditation on the absurdities of life and its unavoidable destiny.
The story follows Santiago, a young man working on a chicken farm, who begins filming both his daily routines and the frenetic nightlife of illegal techno parties, where he also works selling fried chicken. As he drifts between these two seemingly unrelated worlds, he becomes fascinated by their hidden similarities.

Shot both on 16mm and digital, The Coop is a celebration of existence in absurd spaces.
